here they were issued a memo not to tow anything not blocking the road.we had to go sell the tow.

If it's out of the road HP won't tow it.........only if it's left of the fog line. I don't go looking for stuck or abandon vehicles.........I go to the one's HP or the owner calls me for.

I can understand the abandonded vehicles out of the road with no people around.but if the owner is on scene why wait for the rednecks with a chain crowd to try for 45 min,,break chains,pull bumpers...
